OUR POLICIES
Cancellation & Arriving Late Policy
Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments:
In light of COVID-19, my cancellation policy has been made to reflect the challenges we are all facing in regards to this situation including self-isolation, illness and travel.
· If you need to cancel your appointment due to illness, foreign travel, self isolation or exposure, my cancellation fee will be waived during this time. I do ask that you let me know with as much notice as possible.
· For all other circumstances I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to provide this notice, you will be charged a CANCELLATION FEE OF HALF OF YOUR ORIGINAL TREATMENT FEE. For multiple late cancellations or failure to show up for your reserved time, FULL FEE to missed appointments will be charged.
· If you have an emergency, please let me know so that I can treat your specific situation with personal attention. I do not consider schedule conflicts to be emergencies. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time.
Arriving Late
I will have to shorten your treatment time if you are more than 10 minutes late; in order to maintain staggered appointment bookings times and adhere to capacity limits. YOU WILL BE BILLED FOR THE FULL COST OF THE ORIGINAL BOOKING.
This cancellation policy is necessary for my small business to continue to serve my patients who are in need of treatment.
Tipping Policy
Tipping is not expected nor necessary. As an RMT, I am passionate about what I do and am committed to your health. Your return visits to my treatment space is the best tip and referrals of a friend, family member or co-worker are greatly appreciated!
