I’m a Registered Massage Therapist, a Certified Athletic Therapist, Registered Kinesiologist, and Registered Manual Osteopathic Practitioner. I graduated from Sheridan College in 2015 from Athletic Therapy, and Ontario College of Health and Technology in 2017 from Massage Therapy. I also received my Diploma of Osteopathic Manual Practitioner from the National Academy of Osteopathy in 2019. I completed studying for my Doctor of Osteopathy from National University of Medical Sciences of Spain early 2020. During my time as a practitioner he has learned and has received certificates for acupuncture, dry needling, taping, cupping, gua sha, cranial sacral, and fascial abrasion tools. I have worked in a variety of sports such as badminton, baseball, basketball, football, hockey, lacrosse, marathon running, rugby, soccer, track and field, and volleyball. I previously worked in the past worked with the Barrie Lakeshores Junior B Lacrosse team and New Tecumseth Civics Hockey team as the teams’ Athletic Therapist.
I played soccer until a knee injury forced me to stop. Since then I have dedicated my time to studying health sciences and helping others recover from their injuries. I previously worked in hospitals, retirement homes, healthcare centers, colleges, high schools, and clinical settings in the past to further get more insight into injuries and other methods of treating them. I believe manual therapy techniques, exercises and maintaining a healthy lifestyle are key in the rehabilitation of injuries. In my spare time, he enjoys cycling, soccer, squash, and the outdoors.
